THE EVENT IS JOINTLY ORGANIZED BY THE PROJECTS
The iRead4Skills, MEGASKILLS, and Skills2Capabilities projects collectively lay the foundation for Skills Horizons, a landmark event designed to address the evolving needs of Europe’s labor market through skill development and capacity building. iRead4Skills champions enhanced literacy and transversal skills through innovative literacy solutions, while MEGASKILLS focuses on the quantification and improvement of soft skills vital for the workforce. Skills2Capabilities seeks to adapt skills systems for seamless labor transitions, addressing mismatches in skills demand. By joining forces, these projects create a multidimensional platform for Skills Horizons, aiming to transform the landscape of vocational education and training, promoting literacy, and fostering essential soft skills and capabilities for the future.
