The Website is operated by Mindshaker, Serviços Informáticos Lda¹ (hereinafter, ‘Mindshaker’) on behalf of the iRead4Skills Consortium². These Terms and Conditions set out how you may use the Website, accessible at https://iread4skills.com/. The Website may only be available in certain countries and languages.
1. Ownership of the project website
Mindshaker owns the domain https://www.iread4skills.com/. The domain name through which you have accessed the Website is property of Mindshaker. The domain name cannot be used in connection with other content, products and/or services that are not owned by Mindshaker or the iRead4Skills Consortium or so that it may cause confusion among end users or discredit Mindshaker iRead4Skills Consortium.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights in the information and content available on our sites belong to the iRead4Skills Consortium or our partners. You must not use this project website if you disagree with any of these project website standard Terms and Conditions. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the iRead4Skills project and you in relation to your use of this project website and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
¹ The Mindshaker, Serviços Informáticos Lda is an independent private full service digital agency based in Caparica, Portugal, with offices in Lisbon, Oporto and Madrid. It was founded in Madan Park, a company incubator with strong connections with the School of Sciences and Technology of the NOVA University Lisbon, which provides access to university staff (professors, researchers and students). It often offers internships that allow Mindshaker to build a highly energetic and passionate operational team.
